He can feel the slight differences in temperature.]

[His dreams were inconsistent. Ranging from memories of torture from Ocelot in Shadow Moses, to making Otacon eat Sunny's shitty eggs, to lying under a truck with a sniper rifle. They were the kind of dreams that made you want to throw up with how... everywhere they were. He tries to sit up, but can't find the strength to move. Obviously being electrocuted at his physical age wasn't the best for him. He probably needed a while to recover... And that lowered his optimism even more than before.]

...Hhrrh... [He turns his head slightly, looking at the empty chair next to him. A guest chair... He half expected to see Otacon sitting in it, but there was no one. He sighs, closing his eyes. It felt like it was going to be a long recovery.]

[The door slams open at the sound of the coughing. Solidus crosses the room surprisingly quickly for his age, especially without the benefits of his suit, and grasps his shoulder.]

Solid! Calm down! Can you breathe?!

[Leaning over to one side, as painful as it is to move, continuing his coughing. He gestures to the drawers, gesturing a syringe, and imitating the motion of stabbing it into his neck. He's once again, of all times, suffering from the nano attack. He just had to stress himself out enough again...]
